He graduated from the Department of Philosophy at Yerevan State University, completed his postgraduate studies at Saint Petersburg State University, and defended his candidate dissertation in 2009, earning a Candidate of Philosophical Sciences degree (PhD).

In 2005, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration of Armenia, obtaining a Master’s qualification in law.

2016 he completed the Bar Association Academy of Armenia and is a licensed attorney.

He has over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in civil, administrative, and constitutional law, with notable victories in strategically important court cases.

He has taught at several universities in Armenia and is engaged in human rights advocacy.
